Our Process:
From Vision to Installation
Initial Estimate
A detailed budget estimate based on your project scope, timeline, and goals. Pricing may adjust as we refine your vision.
Drafting Deposit (10%) + Preliminary Design
Once we receive your 10% deposit, we create your initial plan, including drawings and 3D renderings. Includes updated cost based on your early design.
Design Revisions
One round of revisions is included to ensure your design is just right. Additional revisions billed at $85/hour (plus travel time if on-site).
Final Design Approval + Production Deposit (50%)
With design approval, a 50% deposit secures your place in our production schedule. All selections (colors, hardware, appliances) must be finalized at this stage.
Production Begins
Your cabinets are custom-built with care and craftsmanship in our shop.
Delivery & Installation
Cabinets are delivered and installed. Please prep your space: protect flooring, complete plumbing/electrical, and clear the area.
